Arrived on time. Ordered the beard wash, but order was held up because out of stock. Finally received an email stating my bill was being adjusted for the wash. Then the order was on the way. If it was out of stock when ordered it should of not allowed me to order it. Seems to always be issues with the products the offer.
Several emails sent none replied to. Wrong scent was shipped.
Smells really good and lathers well. Wish it was a tad thicker for application purposes. But highly recommend it.
I ordered 2 gravity beard oil and 1 gravity soft butter. scent is completely wrong, I have been using gravity for over 2 years and this is way different more like the beard goo scent. I have already sent an email 5 days ago and not heard back
