Paid over $50 for the Wash and Goo on 4/10 and it’s 4/26 and I still have not received my order and the tracking information/status has not been updated at all. Can’t give a review on a product I never received.
I have not received my order even though I ordered it over a week ago!
I have tried several times with different methods to reach out o the company in regards to my order. Not only has it been a headache trying to reach someone, but I still have not gotten any messages. Love the product but its gonna be hard to continue my support if I can even get in contact with anyone.
We fist purchased this at an event in Ocean City, Maryland and my husband has been using it ever since. The smell is amazing and the consistency is perfect- it makes his beard much softer and noticeably more moisturized. we will continue to buy refills.
The only thing I would suggest is to change the packaging. The oil leaked everywhere.
I got my first bottle from an Arts and Craft Festival about 6 months ago; I ordered a new bottle recently and love the product still. I was going to give it a 4 out of 5 as I was expecting the product to be sent sooner, but I think that was me being impatient - it's worth the wait!
