It's hard to write a product that you never seen so far it's been pretty piss poor you can't get through no one answers on Facebook emails phone numbers no good the product was excellent when I got it at a craft fair on the East Coast but it's been over a month since I placed an order and I still don't have an order
I am very disappointed with my recent order. I ordered on July 24th and my shipping status has been “label printed” for 3 weeks now. I’ve reached out twice to the company. The first time they just resent the same tracking information. The second time I asked them to cancel and refund my order. The only response I’ve gotten is this auto generated opportunity to review them. This is unacceptable. Their customer service is nonexistent. I’m out $50 which I’ll work with my credit card processor to get back and I’ll switch to a company that treats their customer better.
