I have ordered the Avocado Beard Oil from Avocado Beard Co. multiples times and never had an issue until this past time. I placed my order for two oils on April 19 with estimated delivery being Thursday, Apr 23. I had to reach back out on Friday (April 24) via their website to check on the status of the order, since it had not even be marked as shipped. It finally shipped on April 30 and arrived Friday, May 1. This was no problem, it was longer than expected, but not the end of the world. Upon opening the package, it appeared that the lid of one of the bottles was not secure and had leaked all over the inside of the box, which lost a little less than half of the oil in the bottle. I reached out to the company immediately (on May 1), via email, about the shipping issue with pictures of bottle and the leak. As of May 6, I am still waiting for a response. Not happy.
Paid over $50 for the Wash and Goo on 4/10 and it’s 4/26 and I still have not received my order and the tracking information/status has not been updated at all. Can’t give a review on a product I never received.
I have not received my order even though I ordered it over a week ago!
I have tried several times with different methods to reach out o the company in regards to my order. Not only has it been a headache trying to reach someone, but I still have not gotten any messages. Love the product but its gonna be hard to continue my support if I can even get in contact with anyone.
We fist purchased this at an event in Ocean City, Maryland and my husband has been using it ever since. The smell is amazing and the consistency is perfect- it makes his beard much softer and noticeably more moisturized. we will continue to buy refills.
The only thing I would suggest is to change the packaging. The oil leaked everywhere.
